About Dean

With a career spanning 50 years, Dean White is an accomplished Artist, Exhibition Designer, and In-house Creative. His professional journey has taken him across Australia, New Zealand, and China, where he has worked on events management, brand launches, and trade shows for national manufacturers, retailers, and government energy providers.

Today, Dean is a full-time Artist, Creator, and Arts & Meditation Teacher, with a deep focus on personal development. His creative practice spans graphic design, textile design, and voice acting, driven by a commitment to co-create and contribute to collective change for the greater good. Dean’s work aligns with his passion for narration, community involvement, and leveraging creativity as a force for transformation.

• 2019: Awarded Housing Industry Award for initiating art and meditation services within public housing facilities.

• February 2024: Again posting stories on social media Under The Heading of.. DAILY DOSE OF HEART FOOD.. In total 34 weeks of a 1 day a week posting on stories that lift reminding everybody they have a heart.

• October 2024: Achieved Broadcast License after studying for 20 weeks with a local community radio station. Awaiting the launch of the program THAT VOICE in April 2025, which will encompass three core platforms:

  1. Unsung Heroes – Celebrating individuals who contribute quietly to their communities.

  2. Wisdom of Children – Sharing profound insights from the innocent and unfiltered minds of children.

  3. Intrepid Women – Honoring women who have overcome adversity to lift up others.

• 2024: My Brilliant Apocalypse – A radio play debuted at the Melbourne Fringe Festival, following months of rehearsals from March to October.
• December 2024: Enrolled on StarNow, expanding into voice-over work and future auditions.

• Authoring/Animating: SOMIA STARSEED – THE BUSH HOSPITAL – A children’s series with Dean providing the narration and voice for a key character.
• Writing: WHEN RIVERS MERGE, a novel featuring Tully Ferguson as the antihero in a personal anthology.
• Studying: Pursuing Meditation Accreditation Certification, expected by March 2025, to facilitate meditation programs.

In 2025-2026, Dean plans to launch a series of creative projects currently in development. With a foundation of deep personal growth and holistic creativity, Dean’s work continues to evolve, focusing on storytelling, healing, and community transformation.
